Time to second subsequent therapy as an endpoint. Progression-free survival is defined as the length of time between treatment initiation and progressive disease or death, whichever occurs first. Overall survival is defined as the length of time during and after the treatment of a disease until death from any cause. In contrast, time to second subsequent therapy is defined as the length of time between treatment initiation and the start of the third line of treatment (second subsequent therapy)
