Differences between CTNNB1 mutations in MSI-H and MSS cancers. In MSI-H tumours CTNNB1 mutations cluster exclusively at codons 41 and 45 and mainly consist of missense mutations. In MSS cancers CTNNB1 mutations frequently cover the ß-TrcP binding site and consist of larger in frame deletions.
