SUM149 was selected for collecting invaded cells from transwell inserts. a Invasion assay was performed with using seven human breast cancer cell lines, MCF-7, BT-474, SK-BR-3, MDA-MB-468, MDA-MB-231, HCC1937, and SUM149.
