Nootkatone controls cyclin D1 at the protein level. a HCT-116 and SW480 cells were pre-treated with 100 μM of nootkatone for 1 h and exposed to 20 μg/ml of puromycin (Puro) at different time points. The cell lysate was harvested at each time point, wherein cyclin D1 and β actin protein levels were detected. Quantitative analysis was performed by Image J.
