Involvement of FUT4 in cisplatin-induced EGFR/Akt signaling. a si-NC and FUT4siRNA-infected cells were treated with cisplatin (3 μg/ml) for up to 48 h, and cell lysates were subjected to 12% SDS-PAGE to measure the levels of phosphorylated EGFR, Akt and FOXO1. The membranes used for anti-phospho antibody staining were stripped and reused for total EGFR, Akt and FOXO1 levels, respectively. GAPDH was used as an internal control. b Effects of pharmacological inhibition of Akt on cisplatin-induced phosphorylation of FOXO1. Cells were pre-incubated with or without the PI3K inhibitor LY294002 and further incubated in the presence or absence of cisplatin (3 μg/ml).
