Potential role of FUT4 in cisplatin-induced cell apoptosis in A549 and H1975 cells. Flow cytometry was applied to detect cell apoptosis after A549 and H1975 cell transfection with FUT4siRNA or si-NC, followed by treatment with cisplatin (3 μg/ml). FUT4siRNA combined with cisplatin significantly induced apoptosis in A549 and H1975 cells. Data are mean ± SD from 3 independent experiments. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01
