The 24-AMPK-gene set is independent of tumor stage and histological subtype. a Kaplan-Meier analyses of patients grouped by tumor, node and metastasis (TNM) stage (breast and stomach cancers) or by the histological subtype of leiomyosarcoma and the 24-gene score. For leiomyosarcoma, the log-rank test reveals a significant difference in survival rates between 1st and 4th quartile patients. b Receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) analyses on the 5-year predictive performance of the 24-gene set.
