Staining was visualized using the secondary anti-mouse Alexa 590 (red) for TIMP-2 and MMP-2 and anti-rabbit Alexa 488 (green) for MT1-MMP fluorescent-labelled antibodies and nuclei were detected by DAPI (blue) staining.
