miR-874 inhibited cell proliferation and promotes cell apoptosis in vitro in GC. RT-qPCR was performed to detect the miR-874 expression in BGC-823, MKN-74 and MGC-803 cells contained miR-874 mimics or inhibitor (a). CCK8 (b) and colony formation (c) assay was performed to detect the proliferation of cells containing miR-874 mimics or inhibitor.
