Silencing of DANCR in CC cells inhibits tumor formation and metastasis in vivo. HT29 and SW116 cells transfected with si-DANCR or scramble siRNA were subcutaneously inoculated into BALB/c nude mice at a dose of 4 × 106 per mouse (n = 6 in each group). Tumor growth was measured continuously every 7 days.
