Effects of siRNA-mediated knockdown of CRIPTO expression on cisplatin-sensitivity in NTera2 cells. Expression of CRIPTO determined by RT-qPCR after knockdown using a siRNA targeting CRIPTO (siCRIPTO) and a non-specific siRNA control (siCTRL). RPS29 was used as reference gene. a) Experiments were conducted in four independent experiments (n = 4) and measured as technical triplicates (shown as mean for each experiment). Expression level of CRIPTO is set to 1 in vehicle-treated control NTera2 cells. b) Values represent mean ± SEM from the four independent experiments. Significant difference compared to expression level of CRIPTO in siCTRL-transfected NTera2 cells, * P < 0.05.
