Tumor colony appearance. The clonogenicity assays were performed in methylcellulose. Treated tumor cells were plated with MM-Th2 cells (Tumor + Th2), without MM-Th2 cells (tumor Alone), with MM-Th2 cells and anti-HLA-DR (Anti-HLA-DR), or with MM-Th2 cells and control IgG2b (control IgG2b).
