The TOPK inhibitor, HI-TOPK-032 attenuates migration and invasion of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) cells. The KYSE510 cell (a) was treated with 0,0.5,1,5 and 10 μM HI-TOPK-032, while KYSE30 cell (b) was treated at 0, 0.25, 0.5,1 and 1.5 μM HI-TOPK-032 for 0, 24, 48 h and the cell migration was analyzed by wound healing assay. The KYSE510 (c) and KYSE30 cells (d) were treated with different concentrations of HI-TOPK-032 and seeded in the upper transwell chamber. The number of migrated cell was counted in transwell migration assay
