Knocking down TOPK attenuates the migration and invasion of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) cells. Knocking down TOPK expression in the KYSE510 (a) and KYSE30 cells (b) by lentiviral infection. Cell migration was evaluated at 0, 24, and 48 h in the stable TOPK knockdown cells (shTOPK-transfected KYSE510 (c) and KYSE30 cells (d)) by wound healing migration assay. The invasion of KYSE510 (e) and KYSE30 (f) cells was measured by transwell migration assay after knocking down TOPK. ***p < 0.001 vs shMock group
