Expression of CCN3 is upregulated in oxaliplatin-resistant HCC. The increased resistance to oxaliplatin was in MHCC97H-OXA and Hep3B-OXA over that of parental cells (a). PCR (b), ELISA (c), Immunoblotting (d) and Immunofluorescence (e) revealed that the expression of CCN3 in MHCC97H-OXA cells was significantly higher than that of parental cells.
