LINC01128 functions as miR-383-5p molecular sponge. a. RT-qPCR examined LINC01128 expression in CC tissues and adjacent normal tissues. The expression of LINC01128 was tested in normal cell line and CC cell lines by RT-qPCR. b. The knockdown efficiency of LINC01128 was examined by RT-qPCR in CC cells transfected with sh-LINC01128–1 and sh-LINC01128–2. c-d. The expression and protein level of SFN were determined after LINC01128 interference by RT-qPCR and western blot. e. Subcellular fractionation and northern blot assays suggested LINC01128 was predominantly located in the cytoplasm of CC cells. f.
