Prognostic value of the ROS scoring system in all datasets. a-c Correlation of score as a continuous variable with OS in TCGA (a), Tothill (b) and TJ (c) datasets. For each patient’s tumor, a point was given for each ROS related gene for which higher than median expression was associated with longer survival, and vice versa. The sum of these points constituted our score.
