Effect of Tadalafil on the antioxidant markers. Bar diagram represents the difference between the control, toxic and Tadalafil treated groups. The markers of protein and lipid (PC and TBARs) were increased in MNU treated group and reduced after Tadalafil treatment. GSH was decreased after MNU treatment whereas the level of SOD and catalase were increased after MNU treatment which was subsided after Tadalafil treatment. All the data was presented as mean ± SD. Comparisons were made on the basis of one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni multiple test and all groups are compared to the toxic control group (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001)
