  1. The consensus in the assessment of tumor contact to the large peripancreatic vessels was determined by calculating the interrater reliability for each item. The interrater reliability represents the agreement between the 5 observers with 1 indicating a perfect match. When the grading of tumor contact included the degree of tumor contact, agreement was reached in only 57–88 of the cases (27.5–44.0%). When tumor contact was graded independent of the degree of tumor contact, the agreement increased to 42.0–67.0% of the cases showing strong agreement
