Co-treatment with GDC-0152 or LCL161 plus doxorubicin suppresses the growth of subcutaneously implanted osteosarcomas in mice. Luciferase-expressing murine 1029H osteosarcoma cells were implanted subcutaneously into nude mice. 1 week after implantation the mice commenced the specified regimens of GDC-0152 (a-c) or LCL161 (d) and/or doxorubicin.
