A “Magic” library of natural product derivatives from fragment-based and structural optimization of marinopyrroles. MP1 has physicochemical properties which are acceptable for drug development with cLogP = 3.8, a value which indicates a moderate hydrophilicity measured by logarithm of octanol/water partition coefficient. cLogD = 2.3 which integrates pH into the calculation is also acceptable for drug development at physiologic pH (7.4)
