FAM168A interacts with BCR-ABL1 and AKT1. K562 cells were seeded in a 10 cm dish. Cells were harvested and lysed with RIPA buffer. a The lysates were incubated with normal mouse IgG-conjugated agarose (Ig G), anti-FAM168A antibody-conjugated agarose (FAM168A) or anti-ABL1 antibody-conjugated agarose (ABL1).
