Nomograms predicting the probability of LRFS (a), DMFS (b), and DSS (c) at 2 years after surgery. For use, the value for each variable in an individual patient is selected on the scale, and a line is drawn straight up from there to the Points axis to establish the corresponding score. All the scores are summed, and the total score is plotted on the Total Points line. A line is then drawn straight down to the 2-Year Survival Probability axis to obtain the probability.
