B220⁺ B cells from 7 to 9-week-old CD19^creStch^f/f mice and their WT littermates (Stch^f/f) were stimulated for 3 days in vitro with 10 μg/ml LPS. On day 3 following LPS stimulation, the transcripts were determined by RNA-sequencing.
