PSCs are resistant to gemcitabine-induced cytotoxicity while gemcitabine dose response effects differ among various PCC lines. PDAC-derived human PSCs (a) and PCCs (b) seeded on 96-well plates at a density of 3000 cells/well, were incubated with increasing concentrations of gemcitabine for 48 h and evaluated for cell viability using the MTT assay.
