The SNX27 expression in multi-cell lines and knockdown in MDA-MB-231 cells. a Seven breast cancer cell lines were studied using western blot to detect the differences of SNX27 expression. The expression of SNX27 in MDA-MB-231 was the highest among the seven breast cancer cell lines, about three folds greater than MCF-10AH1’s expression. The relative protein level of SNX27 was quantified with measurement of band intensity and normalized on the MCF-10AH1. Data are analyzed with Welch’s t-test, and expressed as the mean ± SD from three independent experiments (n = 3). b and c Western blot showed that stable SNX27-KD MDA-MB-231 cells were successfully generated using an inducible lentiviral shRNA system (pINDUCER10) after treating for 48-h (b) and 72–96 h (c).
