Vaccinated mice are protected from rechallenge with escalating doses of TC-1. 22 surviving mice from the study described in Fig. 6 were randomly distributed on day 120 into 3 groups and rechallenged s.c. (footpad) with of 2e4, 5e4, and 1e5 TC-1 cells. Mice were monitored for body weight and tumor volume 2-3X weekly until day 179. Mice with tumors size > 1000 mm³ were euthanized
