Dasatinib cooperates with cisplatin to inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis in cisplatin-resistant HNSCC. a. Cells were treated with DMSO control, cisplatin, Dasatinib, or a combination for 72 h. Cell proliferation was measured by MTS assay. Each experiment was performed in triplicate.
