TMEFF2 silencing in PCa cells induces androgen-driven expression of cell cycle genes. a Western Blot analysis to determine knockdown of TMEFF2 in LNCaP cells using three different TMEFF2 targeted shRNAs. Only sh_TMEFF2–1 and sh_TMEFF2–2 appreciably silenced TMEFF2 expression. Note that Tmeff2 is an androgen-regulated gene.
