The percentage of the HPV integrations sites in the viral genome is randomly distributed and is proportional to the viral gene length distribution in the HPV genome. The identified human-HPV junctions were compared to the HPV16 genome sequence and integration position was mapped to the HPV16 genome. The blue bars represent the percentage distribution of the HPV integration in each viral gene. The red bars represent the percentage distribution of each of the viral gene’s length
