  4. Model 2: Further adjusted for income percentile (≤ 30th, > 30th – ≤ 70th, and > 70th), and residential area (metropolitan and rural).
  5. Model 3: Further adjusted for initial treatment (liver transplantation, resection, radiofrequency ablation, transarterial chemoembolization, other and no treatment)
