Cancer-associated fibroblast markers stratified by the tumor-stroma ratio in transcriptomic data. Transcriptomic differences of cancer-associated fibroblast markers between stroma-low and stroma-high tumors in the LUMC cohort consisting of 71 colorectal cancer patient. All markers except CSPG4 were significantly higher expressed in stroma-high compared to stroma-low tumors. The markers in blue were used in immunofluorescence analysis.
