Dose-dependent decrease of viability in cancer and non-cancer cell lines after TH588 treatment. HCT116, SW480 and HUVEC were plated on 96-well-plates. Incubations took place for 72 h. MTT reagent was added 4 h before lysis of the cells. Viability was assessed by means of an MTT assay. Values are given as % of the untreated control in each group.
