The reference value is the median (62.4 score points) of the first quartile of the summary score. The model was adjusted for sex, age at HRQOL assessment, BMI, physical activity, tumor location, occurrence of metastases, occurrence of other cancer, therapy, education, family status, and smoking status. The p value for overall association is < 0.0001 and the p value for nonlinearity is 0.87 (Wald chi-square test).
