Representative immunohistochemical staining showed BKCa, ERK1/2 and p-ERK1/2 expressions in type I endometrial carcinoma tissues and atypical endometrial hyperplasia tissues using serial section technique. Simultaneously increased BKCa, ERK1/2, p-ERK1/2 expressions were observed in the representative cases with type I endometrial cancer (abc) and atypical endometrial hyperplasia tissues (def).
