Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

• Initial diagnosis of mammary carcinoma stage I-IIIA

• Female

• Pending chemotherapy (neoadjuvant or adjuvant)

• No contraindication to high-intense exercise

• Age < 18 years

• History of former cancer diagnoses

• Coronary Heart disease

• Heart failure

• Advanced lung disease

• Major psychiatric disorders

• Neurodegenerative disease

• Cognitive dysfunction

• Incapable to speak or understand German
