In the case that PI3K inhibitor is applied to K-Ras mutant cell, we observed big vertical change between two treatment time, more than twice increase in RE (the big circle in green). This means that we can expect some positive progress toward better situation after 48 h incubation time. In contrast, it is clear that there is little change in metabolic states 24 h after applying MEK inhibitor to K-Ras mutant cell line (the small circle in green)
