MAGEC2 interacts with TRIM28 in melanoma cell lines. a Endogenous MAGEC2 binds with TRIM28 in A375 cells. A375 cells (1 × 108) were lysed and immunoprecipitated with mIgG, anti-MAGEC2 or anti-TRIM28 antibodies and immunoblotted with anti-MAGEC2 or anti-TRIM28 antibodies.
