The chemoresistant HT-29/EGFP/FUR cells are cross-resistant to cisplatin, oxaliplatin and cyclophosphamide. HT-29/EGFP/FUR cells exert cross-resistance to chemotherapeutics with different mechanism of action - cisplatin, oxaliplatin, cyclophosphamide as evaluated by the luminescence viability assay performed after 6 days of the cultivation in the presence of drugs. Values were expressed as means of sextaplicates ± SD. Mann-Whitney U test was used for statistical analysis
