Comparisons were performed by the non-parametric Mann-Whitney test. All HexCers and LacCers showed statistical significance between A549 and A549T (P < 0.0001), except for HexCer (d18:1/22:0) (P < 0.01) and HexCer (d18:1/23:0) (P < 0.001)
