Ropivacaine at 10 × plasma concentration arrested MDA-MB-231 cells at G2 phase after 24-hour incubation. In comparison with control (a), ropivacaine at 10 × plasma concentration increased the cell population of S and G2 phase in MDA-MB-231 cells after 6-hour incubation (b), and further increased G2 phase after 24-hour incubation (d).
