Normalized fold expression of various CSC markers in tested cell lines. RNA was isolated from the tumor cells, reverse transcribed and PCR amplified to detect the gene expression. Data were analyzed using CFX Manager™ Software, Version 1.5. Gene expression was calculated using delta cycle threshold (ΔCt = CtTARGET GENE – CtREFERENCE GENE) values, where HPRT1 and GAPDH expressions were chosen as endogenous reference genes.
