Although oropharyngeal SCC patients with high LC3B expression displayed worse survival than patients with low LC3B expression in both overall survival (a) and disease-free survival (b), only overall survival reached statistical significance (p = 0.007, Log Rank test). Oral cavity SCC patients with high LC3B expression displayed worse survival than patients with low LC3B expression in both overall survival (c) and disease-free survival (d) (p = 0.046 and 0.011 respectively, Log Rank test)
