C42B cell Abiraterone Acetate drug response in mono- and co-cultures with bone marrow stromal cells. Luciferase-expressing C42B cells were seeded in mono- or co-cultures with stromal cells (BMSC or adipocytes) either in 2D monolayer cultures (a) or in 3D microtissue cultures (b). Results are represented as a percentage of the vehicle control values. Similar results were obtained in three independent experiments, including with two different BMSC donors, with each experiment having four replicate cultures n = 4. Statistical significance was performed using two-way ANOVA compared to the corresponding control mono-culture value (** P < 0.01)
