Results of VCAM-1 (a) and von Willebrant Factor (b) fluorescent immunostaining in lung tissue taken from mice 2 and 6 weeks after cancer cells inoculation. Statistically significant increase of VCAM-1 was observed in 2-week pre-metastatic group (p ≤ 0,05 vs control) as well as in 6-week metastatic group (p ≤ 0,05 vs control), whereas a slight decrease of vWF was present in 6-week metastatic group (p ≤ 0,05 vs control).
