In vivo xenograft nude mouse model. a Female athymic mice were injected with BT474 cells or BT474 cells infected with lentivirus expressing c-Cbl (BT474-OE-c-Cbl cells) and then randomized to vehicle or 20 mg/kg TAM groups.
