Protein expression of certain proteins associated with cell cycle progression (cyclin D3), apoptosis (survivin) and GSK3β/β-catenin pathway (β-catenin and phosopho-GSK3β (ser9) in LM3 and PLC Slit3 shRNA transfectants (shSlit3) and shRNA control (shCTL). The protein expression level was quantified by ImageJ software and normalized to the expression of actin. The experiment was repeated for three times and one representative blot was shown
