Enhanced effects of honokiol on temozolomide (TMZ)-induced cell cycle arrest. Human U87-MG glioma cells were exposed to honokiol (40 μM), TMZ (100 μM), and their combination for 72 h. Following centrifugation and washing, fixed cells were stained with propidium iodide and analyzed by flow cytometry.
