KPNA7 depletion induces alterations in the amounts of lamin proteins. Hs700T and T-47D cells were treated with control or KPNA7 siRNA and Western blotting performed 96 h after transfection with (a) lamin A/C or (b) lamin B1 antibodies. Tubulin was used as a loading control. The expression levels were quantitated using ImageJ software and were normalized against the tubulin loading control.
