Verification of high-throughput PCR results. RNA was extracted from PC3 (N = 5) and VCaP (N = 3) prostate cancer, and PNT2 (N = 3) normal prostate epithelium cell lines after 48 h in normoxia or 1% in hypoxia. For each gene a representative PCR is shown, together with the cassette exon involved. The average splicing index ψ (proportion of exon included) is shown graphically. The genes are CDC42BPA, FGFR10P, BTN2A2, UTRN
